Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of system performance using tools such as Grafana, ELK, and Dynatrace AppMon.
Provide expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure high availability and reliability of our services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues and improve system performance.
Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management and reduce manual intervention.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security, performance, and scalability.
Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of infrastructure components to enhance system efficiency.
Monitor and analyze system logs and metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of infrastructure designs, configurations, and procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructure processes and practices.
