Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is based in Latin America and has a strong background in designing custom packaging for consumer products. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for branding. If you have experience in developing packaging that enhances product appeal and aligns with brand identity, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Create custom packaging designs for a new product line, ensuring alignment with the John Wayne brand and appeal to the target audience.
• Design labels, boxes, and other packaging elements that enhance product presentation and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand design requirements and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, and typography to optimize visual impact and functionality.
• Work with manufacturers to ensure feasibility and quality control of packaging designs.
• Stay updated on packaging trends and industry standards to bring innovative and effective design solutions.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Packaging Designer, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce.
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and structural design.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost-effectiveness.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
