About The Job
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will take ownership of the quality assurance process, implementing robust strategies to ensure our products meet the highest standards.
As a Senior QA Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Participate in testing new features and developments
- Creating and Maintaining Test Cases
- Execute manual and automated tests for specific features
- Daily Collaboration with Development and Support Teams
- Provide ongoing assistance in testing efforts
- Support the team by validating bug fixes and performing regression testing
- Collaborate with the customer support team to investigate user-reported cases
- Work proactively with developers to prioritize and resolve issues
- Partner with the support team to provide timely solutions for customer issues
About You
Your are responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality software through advanced testing strategies, automation frameworks, and collaborative teamwork. You will be expected to testing efforts, mentor junior QA members, and work closely with development, product, and support teams to identify and resolve issues efficiently. You will be responsible for seamless and reliable user experience while aligning with business objectives.
Other Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- 2+ years of experience working with automated tests
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- SQL
- Practical experience with Postman
- Practical experience with Playwright or Cypress
- Very good knowledge of SOAP/REST
- Practical experience in backend testing
Good To Have
- Testing certificates (e.g. ISTQB), or testing-related trainings
- Basic knowledge of programming (C# / JavaScript)
- Practical experience in test automation execution
- Experience with Azure Devops
- Experience with Test Rail
