Job Title:  New Business Sales Executive

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 + Commission (Potential OTE £37,500)

Location: Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join our client’s growing team in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B salesperson to play a pivotal role in expanding a trusted partner network. The ideal candidate will have exceptional telesales skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound inquiries to engage potential partners for the platform.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective business partners, driving them toward partnership agreements.
  • Execute direct outbound telemarketing calls and email campaigns to pre-set prospect lists.
  • Tailor sales approaches to various customer types, showcasing adaptability and an in-depth understanding of client needs.
  • Work toward individual and team targets, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and sustained engagement.
  • Provide account management support, addressing queries and strengthening long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with teammates to refine sales strategies, share ideas, and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook for daily email correspondence, including template-driven and custom-written communications.
  • Accurately log sales activity and client details in the company CRM.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telesales.
  • Strong rapport-building, opening, and closing skills.
  • Effective objection-handling abilities and resilience in achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and comfort with email-driven sales communication.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude.
  • Overall, we need someone who can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude to the sales team and the company as a whole to ensure we grow the partner network massively to help the company achieve it’s overall growth targets.
