Product Manager / Expert - User Focus (Dubai-Based) in SINGAPORE

*This role is based in Dubai. Relocation assistance is provided

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for enhancing and improving the trading experience of cryptocurrency exchange futures and options businesses, designing advanced trading tools based on derivatives.
• Responsible for the user conversion path from registration to final transaction and continuously improving the conversion rate.
• Continuously conduct competitor analysis and monitoring, absorb and summarize features suitable for own business.
• Collect and analyze feedback from users and relevant teams, and iterate on functionality and experience.
• Ensure products and versions are released online according to the established rhythm.
• Track and drive development and testing progress. Track and analyze key user metrics to continuously optimize products.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputable or a globally renowned university, with a background in finance.
• Proficient in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years (master's degree or above with more than 1 year) of experience in financial trading products.
• Familiar with the basic principles and underlying logic of cryptocurrency derivatives, with more than 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency field.
• Strong self-motivation, learning ability, logical thinking ability, and multidimensional data analysis ability.
• Empathetic, able to understand user demands and pain points from a professional user perspective.
• Passionate, team-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills.
• Have some experience or interest in trading stocks, futures, foreign exchange, digital currencies, etc.
