About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring it operates efficiently, securely, and aligns with our strategic objectives. From managing networks and cloud services to driving infrastructure projects and ensuring compliance with global standards, you’ll play a key role in supporting our organization’s growth and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Development & Planning: Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs, including cloud migration and network enhancements.
• System Administration: Oversee installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of servers, networks, and storage solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Security & Compliance: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, Saudi NCA).
• Disaster Recovery: Develop and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans, conducting regular tests to ensure operational readiness.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Cloud Management: Drive the adoption and optimization of cloud technologies, ensuring efficient integration with existing systems.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Certifications: CCNP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in an organization.
• Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and security protocols.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable solutions, cloud adoption, and hybrid environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
