Job Summary
The Government Relations & General Administration Specialist is responsible for managing government relations activities, company licensing, municipality requirements, lease administration, vehicle registration and insurance, and general administrative operations. The role ensures full compliance with Saudi regulations while providing efficient administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations
- Process employee work visas, Iqama issuance and renewals, sponsorship transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and final exit procedures.
- Manage company transactions through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate with government authorities to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
Company Licenses & Municipality
- Obtain and renew Commercial Registration (CR), Municipality Licenses, Chamber of Commerce certificates, and other company permits.
- Handle municipality inspections and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all company licenses and legal documents.
Property & Lease Management
- Coordinate office, warehouse, and branch lease agreements and renewals.
- Maintain lease records and communicate with landlords regarding lease-related matters.
- Support office relocation and facility expansion projects when required.
Fleet & Vehicle Administration

- Process vehicle registration, renewal, ownership transfer, and license plate issuance through Moroor.
- Coordinate periodic vehicle inspections.
- Maintain vehicle documentation and records.
Vehicle Insurance
- Obtain insurance quotations and coordinate policy issuance and renewals.
- Follow up on vehicle accident claims with insurance providers.
- Maintain insurance records and monitor policy expiry dates.
General Administration
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning, security, and facility services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and company assets.
- Maintain administrative records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare administrative reports as requested by management.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the HR & Administration Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations and General Administration within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures and labor regulations.
- Experience using Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, and other government platforms.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
