✅ As a Mid-level Backend Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and optimize backend systems that power our core products and features.
- Work on database design and management, ensuring efficient and secure data handling (PostgreSQL is key).
- Collaborate closely with the frontend, design, and product teams to build seamless end-to-end experiences.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code that meets best practices and coding standards.
- Help troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance to ensure a fast and reliable user experience.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, suggesting improvements and solutions to technical challenges.
👣 Desired Experience
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a backend developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferably with frameworks like FastAPI).
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of backend testing and debugging best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker).
- Familiarity with asynchronous task/job queue.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
