User Interface Designer in NIGERIA

Balloon Technologies is looking for a skilled Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our team. In this role, you will create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our web and mobile interfaces. You will collaborate closely with developers and project managers to ensure high-quality outcomes that align with functionality and brand standards.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile interfaces.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user insights.

- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure designs align with functionality and brand standards.

- Document design specifications for developers and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices.

Skills:

- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with little to no supervision and effectively in a remote environment.

Addendum:

- Job is fully remote. Communication tools include Slack, Zoho and Zoom.

Compensation

- N100,000 - N300,000 monthly

- Monthly data allowance

- Electricity allowance
