Your Role:
As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces and optimize backend systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development:
- Design and implement responsive, dynamic user interfaces using technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Utilize Bootstrap, Blade templates, and Flutter to build stunning, intuitive frontends.
- Backend Development:
- Build robust server-side logic and APIs using Laravel, Python, Node.js, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Ensure secure and efficient database operations with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Integration:
- Work with third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality, including Mpesa, PayPal, MasterCard, and others.
- Version Control & Collaboration:
- Collaborate using Git or other version control tools.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development cycles.
- Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure application reliability and scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in full-stack web development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, including modern frameworks and libraries.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Bonus Points: Experience with DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
