We are searching for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about making a social impact and has proven expertise in the adult social care sector. If you excel at unravelling complex data and crafting actionable insights, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference.


Your Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will be central to shaping strategies and driving innovation that enhances lives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using your expertise to generate insights and support impactful decision-making processes.

  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable data-driven initiatives.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to provide accessible, real-time insights.
  • Utilise predictive analytics to address challenges and implement forward-thinking solutions.
  • Contribute to projects that support physical and emotional well-being using advanced technologies.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Mandatory: Experience in the adult social care sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in data tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.
  • Strong skills in data cleaning, modelling, and visualisation.
  • Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable strategies and insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
