cloud rede company
At Cloud Rede, our mission is to empower businesses with expert SQL and Cloud platform services, ensuring seamless management and monitoring of database and cloud platforms. We pride ourselves on being an extension of our customers' IT and development teams, providing expert guidance and support wherever it is needed.
As a Support Engineer, you will join our Managed Services team in the UK who manage and monitor database and cloud platforms for our customers across Azure, AWS, and on-premises. It’s a diverse role offering many opportunities for learning technical skills and progression.
We are looking for someone with client-facing service desk experience who is looking to take the next step and progress into technical server and client support, with a future path into cloud infrastructure and database management. The role is primarily to work directly with offshore development teams to support data extraction and query requests, the building of environments involving SQL Server databases, Ubuntu web servers, MongoDB databases, and DevOps pipelines, and troubleshooting issues.
This is an interesting mix of skills and tasks, and training and support will be provided throughout. We expect successful candidates to develop strong skills across these technologies but don’t be put off if you haven’t already had exposure to all of these.
People who do well at Cloud Rede are lifelong learners with a customer service mindset who want to do a great job for customers and love seeking out ways to proactively improve systems and go beyond break/fix activities.
