Job Title: Web Engineer
Job Description
We are working on a Web-based game with high concurrent users and heavy network traffic in markets like the US, Europe, and the Arab world. To scale our operations, we are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer to handle both front-end and back-end tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on architecture design and implement new features on both the server-side (NodeJS) and client-side (ReactJS).
- Develop and maintain web tools required by the game team.
- Improve existing tools and features.
- Debug and resolve technical issues on both the backend and frontend.
- Ensure the codebase is well-structured, documented, and maintainable.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in Fullstack development using NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Strong understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6).
- Proficient in web development fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap).
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Solid experience with front-end tools (e.g., Git, Webpack, NPM).
- Familiar with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and modern development practices (Agile/Scrum).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- English proficiency with a great attitude and work ethic.
Plus:
- Experience in Slot Machine - Casino games is a Plus
- Experience with caching solutions (e.g., Redis, Memcached).
- Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with microservices and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
