As part of our   growing   team, we are seeking a Product Manager to own the product life cycle; collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to align products with business goals and customer needs. Position Overview:

The role of Product Manager requires strong product and technical skills to maximize product value, manage the company backlog, and deliver innovative solutions in the fintech and crypto space.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the product is aligned with business goals and customer needs, focusing on strategy and market demands.
• Maximize the value of the product resulting from the work of the technical team, focusing on backlog management and team collaboration.
• Engage with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders.
• Perform thorough research on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• High level of English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management with a strong technical and programming background.
• Solid understanding of fintech.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Deep understanding of business processes
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks based on value 

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
