Job Description

Senior Product Analyst

£65,000-£70,000 + Bonus + Equity
Fully Remote (UK)

I'm hiring a Senior Product Analyst for one of the UK's fastest-growing subscription marketplaces.

This is a genuinely product-focused analytics role where you'll own the data and experimentation strategy behind a key part of the customer journey. You'll work closely with Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to understand what drives conversion, activation, engagement, and retention, and influence what gets built next.

The role

You'll be the lead analyst supporting product squads focused on new member growth and revenue.

This isn't a reporting role. They're looking for someone who can identify opportunities before they're asked, challenge assumptions, and use data to shape product decisions.

You'll own:

  • Product analytics and customer journey analysis
  • Experimentation and A/B testing
  • Product performance measurement
  • Feature tracking and instrumentation
  • Stakeholder recommendations
  • Analytics best practice across product teams

What you'll be doing

  • Analyse user behaviour across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention journeys
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments from hypothesis through to recommendation
  • Define success metrics and tracking requirements for new features before launch
  • Build dashboards and self-serve reporting solutions for product teams
  • Translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendations
  • Act as the analytical voice within product discussions and challenge decisions using evidence
  • Mentor other analysts and help improve experimentation and analytics standards across the business

What they're looking for

Must-haves

  • Strong Product Analytics experience
  • Advanced SQL
  • Experience owning analysis end-to-end
  • Strong experimentation and A/B testing knowledge
  • Experience working with productanalytics platforms such as:
    • Amplitude
    • Mixpanel
    • Segment
    • Similar tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business

Nice to have

  • Python or R
  • dbt experience
  • Experience using AI tools within analytics workflows

Why this role?

  • Fully remote working
  • High-impact product role with genuine ownership
  • Strong experimentation culture
  • Equity package and quarterly bonus
  • Fast-growing global marketplace
  • Opportunity to influence product strategy and growth at scale
  • Excellent benefits and culture

Package

  • £65,000-£70,000 salary
  • Quarterly bonus scheme
  • Generous equity package
  • Fully remote working
  • Private healthcare and dental cover
  • £200 annual home office allowance
  • Quarterly bonus scheme
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and festive shutdown
