As a Senior Agilist Analyst, you will facilitate agile processes for one or more teams, ensure effective communication and collaboration, manage project timelines and risks, and continuously promote value delivery to clients.

Responsibilities
Act as a facilitator for one or more agile teams, promoting the adoption and practice of agile principles following frameworks and methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.);
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders;
Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and respect, reflecting the values of the Ubuntu culture in interactions among team members and other stakeholders;
Monitor and optimize project progress, ensuring continuous delivery of value to the client;
Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team s progress;
Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is always prioritized and stories are well-defined;
Facilitate regular agile meetings, such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
Promote continuous improvement and self-organization of the team, encouraging personal learning and development;
Communicate results and progress to leadership and other stakeholders, highlighting customer outcomes and contributing to the company s growth;
Ensure that the improved processes are implemented and maintained continuously.
Qualifications (must Have)
Knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and SaFe);
Proven experience in acting as an Agilist, with a track record in facilitating agile teams;
Skill in facilitation techniques, especially in decision-making situations, conflict management, and promoting a collaborative environment;
Knowledge of agile project management metrics to continuously monitor and improve team performance;
Knowledge of Management 3.0;
Experience with the JIRA tool;
Advanced English.
Experience in cybersecurity companies preferably, would be a plus;
Experience with on-premises development teams - in our development cycle (a plus);
