Duration: 6 Month Contract (Likely Extension/Conversion)
Rate: $40โ45/hr

On a daily basis, the Technical Product Owner will manage and refine the product backlog, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner closely with engineering and QA teams during sprint cycles.
They will support marketing teams in executing campaigns by ensuring platform functionality is optimized and issues are resolved quickly. The role also involves coordinating across multiple teams to manage dependencies, prioritize enhancements aligned to growth and engagement goals, and provide ongoing operational support, including troubleshooting integrations and participating in on-call rotations as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role supporting marketing or customer engagement platforms
- Strong Agile experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, Jira, and Scrum ceremonies
- Proven ability to translate marketing and customer engagement requirements into product features and user stories
- Experience supporting marketing campaign workflows (audience segmentation, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking)
- Solid understanding of SDLC and full product lifecycle ownership (discovery through deployment)
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Basic SQL/data analysis skills to validate requirements and inform product decisions
- Experience or exposure to Amperity, Airship, or SnapLogic
