Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Website Designer with expertise in Figma, video creation, and web design. The ideal candidate will excel in designing intuitive and visually striking website pages, with a strong focus on UX/UI principles. You will also be responsible for creating eye-catching video animations and ensuring seamless web interactions through entrance animations and enhanced user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Websites: Create stunning, responsive website pages using Figma, focusing on clean, modern aesthetics and user-friendly functionality.
• Web Animations: Design and implement entrance animations and other interactive elements to elevate the user experience.
• Video Content Creation: Develop engaging video animations to enhance website design and overall appeal.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and deliver tailored web solutions.
• UX/UI Excellence: Prioritize user experience and interface design in all projects.
• Website Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and quality.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and web technologies to maintain an innovative edge.

Required Qualifications:

• Design Expertise: Proven experience as a Website Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website design projects and animations.
• Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and video creation/editing software.
• UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of user experience and interface design principles.
• Video Animation: Demonstrated ability to create dynamic animations for website features and enhancements.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities.

Other Qualifications:

• Familiarity with advanced graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with video creation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Deep understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Details:

• Hours: 30 hours per week.
• Rate: $7 per hour.
