IBM DevOps Engineer (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are seeking a talented IBM DevOps Engineer willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing cloud environments, focusing on deployment automation and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure for existing and new assets
• Manage deployment automation processes using Jenkins and Digital AI
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Orchestrate releases and manage deployment pipelines
• Implement and maintain continuous integration/deployment workflows
• Enable and support development, testing, and quality tools
• Guide cloud migration strategies and implementation
• Provide technical support and architectural guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant DevOps experience
• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
• Expert-level Linux administration skills
• Advanced Python and shell programming
• Solid understanding of production environments
• Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies and Java
• Experience with architecture standards and rules
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration

Technical Expertise:

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Digital AI)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Version Control Systems (Git, SVN)
• Build Tools (Maven, Nexus)
• Databases (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Cloud Technologies
• Helm Charts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IBM Cloud (1-3 years)
• Springboot and NodeJS expertise
• Experience with DigitalAI
• Knowledge of IBM cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Cloud Formation Templates (CFT)
