They are seeking an experienced IT Manager to manage technical projects, provide support to clients whilst ensuring optimal internal system performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver efficient and secure IT services.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain security and compliance.
• Support the implementation of products and provide on going support to external clients.

Desired Skills, Experience and Certifications:

• IT management + System performance optimisation.
• Managing SLA's/ KPIs.
• Experience with financial technology.
• Knowledge of AI technologies in finance.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT management or finance.
