Description: 

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered designs for our database modeling and data transformation tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and maintaining cohesive design systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with both business objectives and user needs. This role involves conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to enhance our product offerings. You'll bring concepts to life through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, while also preparing digital assets for various communications. Staying ahead of design trends and applying best practices, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative and competitive solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric solutions for database modeling and data transformation tools.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system with consistent components and patterns across products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to drive design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.
• Prepare digital assets for marketing, presentations, and other external communications.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive product designs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive solutions.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from initial concepts to execution.
• Experience with user research methods and the ability to incorporate insights into design.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, database tools, or data-heavy applications is a plus.

*This opportunity is fully remote. For candidates in Spain: this will be a permanent employment role. While working for a US-based company, this position will operate during EU hours 95% of the time, and provide 5% flexibility with US hours.
