Senior Program Manager with spoken French (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are seeking a talented Program Manager with spoken French willing to relocate to or currently located in Brussels, Belgium.

On this Role you will lead a strategic initiative aimed at reducing Time to Market (TTM) while maintaining a strong focus on quality. The initiative encompasses all aspects of a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, including upstream and downstream processes. The primary goal is to enhance downstream Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) practices, addressing both technical and standards/process perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy: Drive the initiative's vision and roadmap in collaboration with Enabler Leads and the Sponsor.
• Onboarding and Operationalization: Assess the current state versus the desired state, then onboard and operationalize squads and chapters to CI/CD pipelines within defined standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Epic Owners, Agile Coaches, and Product Owners to ensure proficiency in CI/CD pipeline operations.
• Planning and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive CI/CD onboarding plan focused on quick wins, long-term foundational implementations, and KPI measures.
• Progress Reporting: Report on initiative progress, including technical delivery and Objective Key Results (OKRs), during Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Program Management: Oversee program delivery, ensuring it is on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Build trust and serve as a key partner to stakeholders at all levels, from vision development to implementation.
• Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program risks effectively.
• Governance and Reporting: Apply rigorous governance practices and provide clear program status updates (e.g., delivery progress, budget, risks, and issues).
• Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to meet program objectives and ensure continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking: Use metrics and KPIs to monitor and enhance program performance.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet program goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Technical background with a strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, code repositories, and issue tracking/management tools.
• Proven ability to deliver full SDLC lifecycle projects, preferably in a consulting or systems integration context.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Experience in driving organizational change and conflict resolution.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• English AND French: Professional working proficiency is required.
