• All-inclusive daily rate: €250(Fully remote, 3 year contract)

Are you a skilled DevOps expert looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a motivated Application & Platforms Technical Support Engineer to join our team and support our client, the European Banking Authority (EBA).

This is NOT a traditional IT Helpdesk role! This is a server-side and developer-oriented position that requires a DevOps & DevSecOps mindset and a strong understanding of IT Networking and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage application-related users and groups
• Participate in daily application standups
• Assist developers with access requests and debugging issues
• Support deployment activities for developer teams
• Monitor the health status of virtual resources (mainly in cloud infrastructures)
• Perform operational tasks on servers and platforms
• Collaborate with vendors for advanced technical support

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in Automation, Azure DevOps, and coding expertise
• Windows & Linux OS background highly appreciated
• Must have a contemporary DevOps mindset and solid knowledge of relevant technologies
• EU Nationality and Europass CV Template required
• Relevant certifications are a plus but not mandatory
• Availability for remote, full-time work with a duration of 3 years
