Team Lead - PHP

Your Role – Passion for Development

• Lead a cross-functional software development team, managing both technical and team-building aspects for a new platform.
• Actively contribute to development tasks alongside your team.
• Guide and mentor team members, fostering their growth and success.
• Advocate for best practices in software development across the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to achieve team objectives.
• Partner with other team leads and engineers in the broader engineering department.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong desire and ability to lead by example in a hands-on, servant leadership role within a cross-functional development team.
• Extensive experience in software development with a deep understanding of design principles such as SOLID, TDD, and DDD.
• Solid expertise in PHP, with experience in frameworks like Symfony being highly desirable.
• Some experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Kibana or Grafana is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English communication.
