Job Description
Tech Pipeline is a remote technical service provider that steps in when operational processes become too complex for standard tools to handle. We work with companies to identify where data goes missing, why approval chains fail, and how to fix the friction that slows down their internal teams. Our current engagement is with a major Spanish financial group where we are addressing specific gaps in how they route and reconcile daily transactions.
About the role
As a Junior React Developer, you will be joining a team focused on building the interfaces that internal operators use to keep business processes moving. We do not build flashy marketing sites: we build functional, reliable tools that help people find and fix errors in their data. In this role, you will be working directly on the front-end components that display transaction logs, routing rules, and reconciliation reports. The goal is to provide a clear source of truth for our partner's operations team so they can stop managing their work through manual email chains and start using a consolidated system. This is a fully remote position that requires a practical approach to coding and a focus on how software serves the person using it.
What you will be doing
- Developing and maintaining reusable React components for our internal suite of tools.
- Converting user requirements and basic wireframes into functional interfaces that handle complex data sets.
- Identifying and fixing UI bugs where data might not be displaying correctly or updates are failing.
- Collaborating with the backend team to ensure API responses are correctly mapped to the front-end state.
- Reading system logs and browser console outputs to trace the origin of interface errors.
- Updating technical documentation to explain how new features or components should be used.
- Participating in code reviews to ensure our codebase stays organized and easy for others to read.
- Testing new interface releases to ensure they work smoothly for the operators who rely on them every day.
