The client seeks a Senior Vue.js Developer to join their Frontend Development Team on a full-time, remote basis. The client specializes in Vue.js development and has established a strong presence in this space, including partnerships with key players like Divante, the creators of VueStorefront—a leading product in the Vue.js ecosystem. The successful candidate will contribute to a fast-paced e-commerce project built with Vue.js and VueStorefront, collaborating with a talented backend team and leveraging TypeScript.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain the frontend architecture using Vue.js, with a focus on VueStorefront and TypeScript.
• Build responsive and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces using advanced HTML/CSS techniques (SCSS, Flexbox, Grid).
• Work collaboratively with backend developers, utilizing detailed documentation and APIs to deliver seamless integrations.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement SVG graphics, ensuring high-quality visual elements.
• Contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with advanced proficiency in Vue.js and the Vue.js Composition API.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, including SCSS, Flexbox, and Grid.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015) and experience with Ajax.
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with SVG graphics and their implementation.
• A strong eye for responsive and cross-browser-compatible design.
• Fluent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
