As a Mid-Senior Business Analyst at ETHICS CODE, you will play a vital role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technical requirements. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with our company's values.
Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements effectively
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster collaboration among team members
Develop detailed business cases and project specifications to guide project execution
Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Assist in the creation of user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and participate in testing activities
Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing updates to stakeholders and leadership
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing best practices
Requirements
Strong English language skills are essential
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
Proficiency in creating business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to derive insights from complex data
Experience with agile project management frameworks
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar business analysis tools
Business analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred but not mandatory
