What You’ll Do:

• Lead Recruitment: Build, lead, and refine the recruitment function. Mentor and manage junior recruiters, fostering their growth and ensuring team success.
• ATS Implementation: Play a key role in selecting, implementing, and optimizing an ATS to streamline hiring processes and ensure efficiency.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own 5+ and manage 10+ open opportunities, overseeing every step from sourcing to shortlisting for various roles.
• Recruit Diverse Roles: Source and place top talent for positions including IT Technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Executive Assistants, and specialized roles in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Software Development. Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the unique requirements of each role.
• Start-up Growth: Develop recruitment operations from scratch, using tools like Excel and local sourcing platforms, while transitioning to LinkedIn Corporate and ATS-driven processes for scalability.
• Candidate Engagement: Actively source, contact, and build relationships with candidates. Conduct hands-on recruitment, including screening, interviews, and shortlisting for client consideration.

What We Need:

• Expertise in LinkedIn Corporate tools and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Recruitment agency experience managing both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior recruiters.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing an ATS.
• Proven ability to thrive in a start-up environment, building and scaling processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
