They are seeking a skilled and passionate Gameplay Programmer to join their talented team of developers. In this role, you will design and implement gameplay systems and features that will bring their creative vision to life, delivering an exceptional gaming experience.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop gameplay systems and features using Unreal Engine and C++.
• Collaborate closely with designers and artists to ensure gameplay systems meet creative and technical requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with scalability and clarity in mind.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, implementing timely solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior programmers as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of programming experience, with strong expertise in Unreal Engine and C++.
• A proven track record of shipping at least one premium multiplayer title as a game programmer.
• Significant experience developing FPS games.
• A commitment to writing scalable and clear code.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Brno, Czech Republic.
