About the position:

As part of MGS’s design team, you will be responsible for designing and constructing molds for critical applications within MedTech, Pharma, and Diagnostics.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the molds meet the highest standards of precision, safety, and quality, and that they can be used in the production of life-saving medical and diagnostic devices.

Work location will be in Roskilde.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Design and construction of molds in 3D CAD software, in SolidWorks, specifically for use in MedTech, Pharma, and Diagnostics.
• Developing tooling solutions that meet strict quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with engineers, production teams, and clients to ensure the best solutions for each project.
• Participating in the entire process from concept development to final mold, including testing and validation.
• Optimizing and improving existing molds to ensure maximum productivity and quality.

We expect that you:

• Have experience in mold design 10+ years with either toolmaker or injection molder background.
• Are proficient in 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, and ideally have experience with the requirements of MedTech, Pharma, or Diagnostics industries.
• Have a solid understanding of the precision and quality demands in these sectors.
• Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities – in English on presenting level.
• Are committed to continuous development and delivering high-quality work.
