Project Manager - Customer SaaS Delivery in CORK METROPOLITAN AREA

Stelfox is partnering with a SaaS product company in Cork City who are looking to recruit a Project Manager for their customer onboarding/implementations function as they partner with Enterprise Financial Service & Insurance organisation who are white labelling their B2B solutions.


We are looking to hire someone immediately on a short term 3 month contract or either consider a permanent hire if someone is able to commence employment early/mid January 2025, due to new customers coming onstream as a priority.


What we are looking for:

  • Self-starter with a track record of coordinating & running IT projects, preferably in the Software / SaaS domain.
  • Confident in leading/coordinating all project phases, from project planning through to governance and project status reports and action points.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, decision logging and stakeholder communication.
  • Track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project status and performance.
  • Comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, both internally & client facing.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Ability to effectively engage with internal cross-functional teams.


Relevant Experience & Qualifications

  • A relevant professional qualification combined with 3+ years’ experience in Project management.
  • Previous experience working as a project manager within a SaaS / Software delivery environment.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira/Confluence)
  • Experience in project planning, risk assessment, progress reporting/tracking and working as part of steering committees on projects.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving start-up and/or scale-up environment is an advantage (however not essential).
  • Strong communications and influencing skills preferred
