For one of my customer we are looking for a Data Business Analyst.
Location: Europe(100% remote)
Duration: 1+ year renewable
Description:
Work closely with the Product owner and business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, use cases, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications - acceptance criteria - to designers, quality analysts and developers in an Agile setting.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
Participate in daily standup scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Actively follow the progress of the sprint to confirm implementation meets the intent of acceptance criteria.
Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
Excellent verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
Expert in Excel or Gsheets & macros
Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is preferred
Strong organizational & time management skills, with a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
3+ years as a Business Analyst or in a related role
Experience working on Microsoft/ Azure based projects, with a focus on Fabric and Power Apps technologies
3+ years of software development experience in an Agile setting
Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can work with
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
