DevOps Engineer in EUROPEAN UNION

Our client is a globally recognised business known for their innovation in the biomedical industry. They are seeking an Azure engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure as a platform, with a background in DevOps, infrastructure, or development to implement security requirements on the Azure platform.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience working with Azure as a platform incl. Entra ID, VMs, App Service, Storage, Networking, NSGs, etc., and their security best practices.
• Collaborate with the Security Architect to understand and implement security requirements within the Azure platform.
• Experience working with Azure policies and their limitations.
• Experience working with ARM templates.
• Experience working with Azure role-based access control (RBAC), identity and access management (IAM), and other security-related aspects of Azure.
• Experience working with Azure REST API for automation.
• Experience with Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience with automated configuration of infrastructure in Azure.
• Knowledge and experience working within security.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Defender for Cloud, including CSPM and CWP plans.
• Building scalable solutions for an Azure tenant with 1000+ subscriptions.
• Experience with Bicep and/or Terraform.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
