Job Description: We’re looking for a creative and efficient video editor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for crafting engaging content quickly and efficiently, as the goal is to produce 4-6 high-quality videos daily, focusing on speed without compromising storytelling. This position covers two key areas and offers a unique opportunity to work on both—crafting impactful content for Deskspace’s marketing campaigns and also building the CEO’s personal brand.
Tasks
Edit short-form videos for both Deskspace’s marketing campaigns and the CEO’s personal brand, ensuring high engagement.
Repurpose long-form content into clips suitable for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team and CEO to understand content goals and deliver accordingly.
Apply basic motion graphics, captions, and effects to enhance content appeal.
Manage and organize content libraries for easy access and reuse.
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form content for social media.
Ability to balance speed and quality, producing multiple videos daily without sacrificing key messaging.
Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must be proficient in English. Knowledge of German (Deutsch) is a plus.
