About Clique
Clique is a private financial platform built for globally mobile high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
We build products, experiences and partnerships where every detail matters. Our work spans digital, physical and experiential touchpoints—from presentations and editorial content to events, merchandise and premium printed materials.
We're looking for a Brand Production Designer to help execute and scale our brand across all of these touchpoints.
Purpose of the Role
Clique already has an established visual identity, design system and creative direction.
This role is not responsible for defining the brand.
It is responsible for applying it consistently across every touchpoint.
We are not looking for someone to express their own design style. We are looking for someone who can execute Clique's design language with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Visual Production
* Create visual assets for social media
* Design presentations and pitch materials
* Prepare partnership materials
* Design simple printed materials when required
* Adapt existing layouts to different formats
* Prepare event materials
* Create and update brand assets
* Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
* Maintain organized design files and asset libraries
* Ensure consistency across all deliverables
Research
* Research topics for content and brand materials
* Find reliable sources and references
* Source high-quality imagery
* Verify image licensing where required
* Organize research and visual references
* Prepare structured background material for projects

Nice to Have
* Ability to write clear first drafts for captions, presentations or supporting copy
* Experience sourcing visual references for video production

Profile
We're looking for someone who:
* Understands how to work within an existing design system
* Can follow established visual guidelines with precision
* Has exceptional attention to detail
* Is highly organized
* Is reliable and self-sufficient
* Is comfortable working across many different types of projects
* Can switch between digital and print production
* Is comfortable receiving direct feedback and making revisions quickly
* Can balance quality with speed
* Understands that not every project requires reinventing the solution
* Sees design as a discipline of communication and execution rather than personal expression
A background in UX/UI or product design is a plus—not because you'll be designing interfaces, but because these disciplines often develop strong systems thinking and attention to consistency.
