We’re looking for a Creative Media Director to lead the charge in video content creation for both paid and organic platforms. You’ll be the mastermind behind viral videos, epic sales promos, and unforgettable brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

• Create Viral Magic: Produce thumb-stopping video content that dominates social feeds and drives engagement.
• Paid & Organic Content: Develop video ads that convert AND create organic content that’s irresistibly shareable.
• Trend Spotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends and viral video techniques.
• All Formats, All Platforms: From short, snappy Reels to epic long-form YouTube content – you’ll do it all.
• Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.

Who You Are:

• A video editing powerhouse with at least 5 years of experience in online video content creation.
• Obsessed with social media trends and know what it takes to make content go viral.
• An expert in creating both short-form (TikToks, Reels) and long-form (YouTube, sales videos) content.
• Fluent in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or whatever gets the job done.
• A creative storyteller who can craft narratives that sell AND entertain.
• A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Relentlessly committed to quality and innovation – good enough isn’t good enough for you.
