UX Designer
Salary: £38,500–£47,000 per annum
Location: London
Working Arrangement: Candidates must be able to work on-site at an office or client location at least 2 days per week, depending on client requirements

Overview
Our client is a digital consultancy seeking a UX Designer to work within multidisciplinary Agile teams, designing user-centred digital services and experiences.
The role will involve using user research, data and testing to inform design decisions, creating end-to-end user journeys and supporting clients in applying effective UX design approaches.
The successful candidate will work closely with researchers, designers, product colleagues, developers and stakeholders to test, iterate and improve services.
Responsibilities
- Work within multidisciplinary Agile teams using a people-centred design approach.
- Design end-to-end user journeys that create effective user experiences.
- Use user research and performance metrics to identify pain points and improve designs.
- Produce user journey maps, sitemaps, navigation structures and annotated wireframes.
- Support user researchers with usability testing.
- Run workshops with team members and stakeholders.
- Share UX design best practice with colleagues.
- Advise clients on user-centred design approaches.
- Test and iterate designs based on user needs and feedback.

Requirements
- Knowledge of emerging design, UX and technology trends, with an interest in investigating and developing new approaches.
- Strong ability to recognise and anticipate user interactions and use cases, including standard, edge and exceptional scenarios.
- Strong understanding of UX design for mobile and web.
- Demonstrable UX design skills and relevant examples of work.
- Experience using rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch and InVision.
- Strong consultancy skills and ability to understand client needs and motivations.
- Ability to share UX skills and knowledge with clients to support continued iteration and improvement.
