Lead Project Manager (Remote – Gulf Region)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of complex projects across the Gulf region. This role is fully remote, requiring exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure project goals align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Identify and manage project risks, providing solutions to address challenges proactively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
