Overview of the role:
In the role of Technical Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery operations across multiple accounts while serving as a key technical advisor for both existing and potential clients. This position requires strong expertise in software delivery practices and the ability to guide teams in implementing effective technical solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing technical delivery operations and team performance across client accounts.
- Conducting technical consultations with clients regarding software development solutions.
- Providing strategic guidance on team composition and delivery approaches.
- Implementing best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and UX.
- Developing and communicating value propositions for delivery models.
- Offering technical estimations and recommendations for project implementation.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development lifecycle with team leadership experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong background in engineering management or director-level positions.
- Leadership: Proven track record in leading software development teams.
- Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in at least one technical vertical.
- Solution Design: Demonstrated ability to design innovative technology solutions.
- Communication: Advanced proficiency in English.
