Remote Senior SAP BODS Specialist:
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, development, and implementation of SAP BODS real-time and batch jobs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ETL processes and batch jobs.
- Schedule, monitor, and optimize batch jobs for efficient data handling.
- Conduct performance tuning in SAP BODS for optimal job execution.
- Oversee BODS admin activities, including installation, repository creation, and server management.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP BODS and data quality management (DQM).
- Strong expertise in SAP BODS architecture, components, and connectivity.
- Advanced knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, with a solid understanding of procedures and queries.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, including CDC, SCD, and flat file handling.
- Experience in BODS admin tasks, such as job server and repository creation, server management, and troubleshooting.
- Skilled in debugging and troubleshooting batch jobs.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for SAP BODS.
- Familiarity with real-time job design and development.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
