Minimum Skills Required:
- Proven experience managing remote workers and distributed teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Hubstaff or similar monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with hiring, onboarding, and retaining tech professionals (e.g., software engineers, SEO specialists, designers).
- Strong understanding of work-from-home security practices and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in creating and implementing HR policies for tech teams.
- Deep understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and compliance in a remote setting.

Three-Part Interview Process:

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Senior HR Manager experienced in managing remote tech teams. You will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee life cycles (recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding), and ensuring seamless operations in a remote-first environment. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of hiring and managing technical professionals, such as software developers, SEO specialists, and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the hiring process for tech professionals (software engineers, SEO experts, graphic designers, etc.).
- Develop and implement remote work policies, including monitoring and security measures.
- Manage employee productivity and engagement using tools like Hubstaff.
- Oversee employee performance reviews and create strategies to improve team morale and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in multiple locations.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and leave management for remote employees.
- Serve as a key point of contact for resolving conflicts and employee concerns.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Continuously improve remote work strategies, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5+ years as an HR manager, preferably in tech or remote-first companies.
- Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with managing tech professionals, including software engineers and designers.
- Tools: Proficiency with Hubstaff or similar remote team management tools.
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement for distributed teams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- English Fluency: Must have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Compensation:
- Pay: 65,000 BDT - 150,000 BDT per month
