Position Overview:
As a Product Owner in the Subscription & Bonus Club team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing premium subscription services and loyalty solutions in the Ecosystem Loyalty Tribe. This includes curating exclusive offers from ecosystem entities and partners, leading the development of subscription management platform, and driving marketing strategies to promote subscriptions and partner offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Product Development: Define and prioritize the roadmap for subscription and loyalty services, aligning with customer needs and business goals.
· Subscription Cabinet: Lead the development and continuous improvement of the mobile cabinet for subscription.
· Loyalty-as-a-Service: Define, build, and scale a customizable platform for partners to deliver loyalty solutions.
· Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with ecosystem teams and external partners to curate premium subscription offerings.
· Marketing Promotion: Drive customer acquisition and engagement through strategic campaigns and consistent branding.
