Senior 2D Motion Graphics Designer in ARGENTINA

At Unveil, we're seeking a Senior 2D Motion Designer who specializes in 2D animation and possesses strong skills in 2D illustration. They should be passionate about crafting modern, high-quality projects like product explainers, software launches, website animations, etc. for tech companies. You'll exemplify Unveil's commitment to creativity and quality, working proactively with a positive attitude and striving for excellence and hard work.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage projects: Within 2 months of starting, you'll manage autonomously client's projects every month and assist on additional projects as needed. You'll use Slack and Trello as main tools for PM and communication.

• Superior production: Produce top-tier advertisements that enhance our agency's reputation. Meets or exceeds expectations.

• Client satisfaction: Ensure at least 90% client satisfaction through exceptional service and deliverables.

• Team collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, offering assistance and creative input.

• Proactive creativity: Provide innovative ideas and creative proposals beyond initial briefs.

• Timely communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with team members.

Competencies:

• Expertise with Tools: Mastery of Adobe After Effects and at least Intermediate proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator.

• Intermediate/advanced english skills: Proficient in both written and verbal communication to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

• Deep Understanding of design principles: Strong technical or intuitive knowledge of design rules and systems.

• Creativity and Innovation: Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute original motion graphics. Passion for art and technology.

• Technical problem-solving: Skilled in troubleshooting software issues and optimizing outputs.

• Flexibility: Flexible in adjusting to client requests and fast-paced project changes.

• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, handling fluctuating workloads, including long, intensive hours when needed

About Us:

Unveil offers a streamlined solution for companies to receive high-quality motion graphics on an ongoing basis. Through our monthly subscription model, we produce a wide range of animations for tech companies primarily in the US and Europe. Currently a small team of two based in Mexico (Founder) and Venezuela (Motion Graphics Designer), we're expanding to build a fully remote digital team of talented motion designers across LATAM.

Please note: This role is specifically for specialists in 2D motion graphics + illustration. While we appreciate diverse skill sets, candidates whose primary experience is in video editing, 3D design, UI/UX, or other unrelated disciplines may not find this position suitable.
