Product Manager in SERBIA

Novi, based in Kraljevo, Serbia, offers a comprehensive solution for companies in the financial industry. We are seeking a team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and thinks strategically, to join us as a Product Manager / Project Manager (100%). We offer a long-term perspective with a 100% remote position, complemented by regular team events.

Tasks

• Definition and prioritization of product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders, design, and development teams.
• Ensuring project goals are met in terms of business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market trends into actionable product features.
• Monitoring and optimizing the performance and usability of products in close cooperation with QA, design, and development teams.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders (e.g., customers, management, and design and development teams) to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and implementing proactive solutions to overcome challenges.

Requirements

• Experience in defining and prioritizing product requirements and roadmaps, ideally in collaboration with customers, design, and development teams.
• Strong background in product or project management within software development, ideally with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic understanding of software development processes and tools to effectively collaborate with design and development teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to align stakeholders (e.g., customers, design, and development teams).
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on business objectives.
• Resilient, team-oriented personality, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• High quality awareness and attention to detail, ensuring excellent results in all aspects of product management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a big plus.
