Associate Creative Director - Spring Studio
Spring Studio is seeking a strategic and creative Associate Creative Director to join our fast-growing design subscription company. You’ll lead a team of exceptional creatives, delivering high-quality designs for startups and businesses looking to scale their brand and digital presence.
In this role, you’ll balance creative vision, client strategy, and operational excellence to ensure every project exceeds expectations. From leading a team to refining processes, you’ll play a critical role in helping our clients succeed through thoughtful, impactful design.
What You’ll Do
- Drive creative excellence: Set a high bar for innovative design and visual storytelling across projects.
- Elevate client relationships: Act as a trusted partner, deeply understanding client needs and aligning creative solutions to their goals.
- Lead impactful projects: Oversee a variety of design work, including branding, UI/UX, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Mentor and inspire: Guide a team of creatives, fostering collaboration, growth, and a positive work culture.
- Streamline workflows: Integrate innovative processes and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Innovate with AI: Champion the use of AI tools to enhance creative workflows and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A proven track record as a Creative Director, Associate Creative Director, or similar leadership role in design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic, high-quality creative work across digital and traditional media.
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to present and articulate creative strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into creative workflows is a plus.
- A client-centric mindset, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholder relationships.
