Are you an expert in managing software testing processes, driven by the challenge of delivering flawless software solutions? I’m working with a leading payment network provider who are looking for a Manual Test Engineer, who’s both knowledgeable and passionate about developing new test strategies. This will be mainly manual testing strategies.

Responsibilities as a manual tester:

• Lead the creation and implementation of robust test strategies and plans tailored to complex systems and DevOps environments.
• Manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring that every component functions seamlessly across backend, database, and frontend layers.
• Develop detailed test cases for automated and manual testing, focusing on functional, regression, and non-functional requirements.
• Perform SQL-based data validations, ensuring database integrity and accuracy.
• Present comprehensive test reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing clear insights into system quality and risk areas.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing tested functionality and system improvements to stakeholders and end-users.
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and frameworks, contributing to continuous process improvement and efficiency.

What You’ll Need

• Strong foundation in DevOps principles and test plans, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Key concept knowledge in Software Engineering and Testing
• TDD/BDD Testing Frameworks
• Regression Testing Experience and functional and Non-Functional Testing
• API Testing
• Proven expertise in end-to-end system testing, from databases to user interfaces.
• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or Junit
• Jenkins, Bamboo for Continuous Delivery
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
