Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, tracking, resolution, and transparent communication of issue status
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure UAT readiness, execution, sign-off, and alignment with business processes
Coordinate cross-functional QA activities with developers, business analysts, system integrators, vendors, and delivery partners
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, standards, and governance processes

Technical Skills Required
