We are looking for a Product Designer to strengthen our Web UX Team in Web and Mobile Solutions department. Our Web and Mobile key objectives are building best-in-class web channel, #1 in Customer Experience, 100% self-service for our customers, operational excellence and security. In Product Designer role you will collaborate closely with other Product Designers, UX Researchers and UX Analysts, Product Manager, Product Owners and Development Team. Web product areas that you will be working on consist of Web Value Added Services, Web Procurement and Supplier solutions, Web Pricing and Tariff solutions.
- Working collaboratively with Web Product Team
- Working directly with colleagues from all around the world
- Understanding business objectives and translating them into mockups, prototypes or visual presentations that allows gathering feedback from team members, stakeholders and users
- Making informed design decisions that meets user needs, business requirements and technical constraints
- Taking a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate design ideas
- Taking design briefs and working iteratively on the best possible solution
- Running product workshops and facilitating Design Sprints
- Using multiple user research methods
- Applying user studies methods to validate product hypotheses
Qualifications - 4+ years of professional experience as a UX, Interaction Designer or similar UX-related role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design software, e.g. Adobe XD
- Experience in working in Agile, product-oriented environment
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills to describe design processes, ideas, and solutions to colleagues and to stakeholders of all levels
- Knowledge about lean UX, user-centered design and design thinking methodologies as well as iterative approach to product development
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level or higher
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and design systems is an advantage
