Business Challenge/what we will help solve: Company goal is to double valuation by 2025 in order to do this they need to be able to leverage their data as an asset. They currently do not have a Master Data Management Platform or Data Governance in place, without this, the company will not be able to scale as envisioned. Fixing their data warehouse will lead to better business (data consistency, better decision making, data protection, etc.).

Location: 100% Remote in LATAM

Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Power BI Developer
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex data models using multidimensional modeling concepts
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX querying, and report creation
• Experience with Azure Analysis Services (AAS) for data modeling and deployment
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data quality principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Preferred Skills, NOT A MUST:

• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse
• Experience with data governance frameworks
• Experience with data storytelling and visualization best practices
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes
