MLOps Engineer in POLAND

We are looking to MLOPs Engineer to join our team for a long term fully remote project/contract.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Research and implement MLOps tools, frameworks and platforms for our Data Science projects.
• Work on a backlog of activities to raise MLOps maturity in the organization.
• Proactively introduce a modern, agile and automated approach to Data Science.
• Conduct internal training and presentations about MLOps tools' benefits and usage.
• Required experience and qualifications:
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience in operationalization of Data Science projects (MLOps) using at least one of the popular - frameworks or platforms (e.g. Kubeflow & AWS Sagemaker).
• Good understanding of ML and AI concepts. Hands-on experience in ML model development.
• Proficiency in Python used both for ML and automation tasks. Good knowledge of Bash and Unix command line toolkit.
• Experience in CI/CD/CT pipelines implementation.
• Experience with AWSRF

Over 4 years experience in:

• Git, Linux fundamentals, and Bash scripting
• Python programming
• Container concepts: Docker & Kubernetes
• Designing & implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Argo CD)
• Infrastructure Automation: Configuration Management, Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)
• Cloud infrastructure & services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Cloud-native Kubernetes services (e.g. Amazon EKS, GKE, AKS)
• Monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

At least 1 year experience in:

• any of the Machine Learning areas (e.g. Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Modelling)
• productisation of Machine Learning solutions
• working with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Amazon SageMaker)

General:

• Good understanding of Data Science basics (e.g. train/test model data sets, overfitting, classification, clustering)
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile practices
• Experience in working with software development teams on a daily basis
• Superior troubleshooting approach
• Good communication skills
• English at least at B2 level

Rate: 150+ PLN/h + VAT / 25 200 PLN + VAT per month
